Specified to be usable for complex components and assemblies that use different metal types, this ceramic assembly grease offers significant advantages over other types of anti seize (Copper, Aluminium, Nickel, Zinc, Lead etc).
This superiority comes from the use of Boron Nitride a ceramic lubricant which offers excellent stability at extremes of temperature and very high electrical resistivity. This resistivity makes Ceramic Assembly Grease an optimal choice in preventing galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals, which could cause parts to become chemically welded to one another over time. Formulated for superior water resistance it maintains lubricity in extreme conditions.
Assembly grease is for the assembly of parts that while not usually moving, require the ability to be removed easily in the future. Applications include cycle assembly (pedals etc especially where steel meets aluminium), automotive brakes, exhaust parts, fuel injectors etc.
