Covid-19 Information Update June 26th

Shipping and Postage:

We are still shipping! We are using enhanced safety procedures and post out website, Ebay and Amazon shipments every working day at around 10.30 am. Lubricants go 1st class or international Standard Royal Mail. Robots, parts and tooling ship with UPS.

Understandably there are some delays within the Royal Mail system - we are frequently seeing delays of at least a few working days to UK shipments and 5-10 working days on international post. We have also noticed issues with tracking information.

Examples in the last few weeks of June to give you an idea:

France 5 days 

Sweden 9 working days

Denmark 5 working Days 

Finland 6  working days 

Israel  8 days

Chile around 3 weeks  

Our Fulfilled by Amazon deliveries across Europe are now shipping more or less as usual with occasional issues in rural France and Spain

General info:

Because we are a small company implementing safe working practices has been straightforward and we are business as usual. We are remote working for robot consultancy and focusing on our lubricant business. Our suppliers are mostly running well with the exception of a few packaging suppliers.
