The Coronavirus pandemic and its containment, although disruptive to business, is clearly everyone's priority now and will remain so over the coming weeks.
Our despatch target has unfortunately been extended to 10 working days for Ebay and website sales. It seems possible that delays in delivery times may be likely. We do have extensive stocks in place with Amazon that will continue to be available on shorter lead times via their extensive delivery network across Europe.
Thankfully, as we have seen in Italy and other areas, postal and delivery services continue to run.
We will continue to be available for online and phone consultancy, design work, prototyping etc. Site visits etc will stopped for the time being but we will keep this and all other measures under review.
